Results of Club match at the Marina Market Drayton on Sunday 02-10-2016.

With an excellent turn out after weighting 6 months for the Marina to reopen most anglers found it a struggle to catch. Probably due to heavy rain on Saturday and very low overnight temperatures. Winning weights were still reasonable with Steve Parker leading the field on 15-13-0 (A good mixed bag of fish off peg 9 opposite the big Sycamore tree.) 2nd. Grant Wilde 13-3-0 ( Another good mixed bag caught steadily throughout the match off peg 10.) 3rd. Daniel Yale 8-14-0 (With a good perch over 2lb. caught on ‘Punch’ and a bream over 2lb. in the last hour saw Daniel jump from nowhere to frame off peg 8.)
