Just to confirm that this years AGM commences at 8pm, and is being held at Hodnet Social Club.
There are no changes to fees, rules, etc. being proposed this year, but members are nonethless welcome to attend to show their support for your committee &/or ask any questions.
In addition to the usual AGM business, we will also be voting on the election of a new member of the committee – Keith Clapton.
As is usual, a small snack buffet will be laid on for attending members.
