Results of Open match on the Marina on Sunday 18-12-2016.

Results of the Open match fished on the Marina and the short length between the marina and the coal yard. 1st. in the marina was Bob Parrish with a runaway 16-6-0 (A good mixed bag mainly perch and bits caught on maggot over chop worm off peg 6.) 2nd. Roy Cooper 7-1-0 (A couple of good perch caught on worm and caster and bits caught on assorted baits off peg 8.) 1st. on the short length was Phill Johnson 15-3-3 (A good mixed bag perch, roach and small bream and bits caught on punch and caster off peg 20.) 2nd. Bernie Leatherbarrow with a close 15-0-0 (mixed bag with plenty of bits again caught on punch and caster off peg 26.) There was also two more weights of 14lb. plus. It looks like we would be better fishing out of the Marina now and then.
