With a few more fish on the move 1st. on the day was Ian Ellis 28-9-0. Fishing on the favoured peg 1 Ian had a good start with a monster carp on the feeder of 19-2-0. Followed by two smaller ones, gave Ian the edge over Roy Cooper 2nd. with 27-7-8. Four smaller carp caught on corn and a surprise of a dozen small perch on maggot, caught off peg 3.3rd. was newcomer Tom Gollins with 20-11-12. Two good carp and a tench of 4-1-0 caught off the roadside island peg. Some good carp were also caught during the week. One of 17lb and one of 15lb.Hope to see the water improve as the weather warms up.
